I’ve always wanted to do a flip of a song by Ms. Diana Ross. My mama named me Diana and I’ve always admired my namesake. She’s a true gem (google Diana Ross Central Park and watch her gracefully perform in the rain, one of my fav performances) and opening such an important night with one of her songs was very special to me.
